Stayed Feb 8, 20243BR, nice kitchen, plenty of seating. Two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Amazing location: just steps from the lifts, rental shops, lesson meetup and restaurants. Parking is a short walk away. Lifts are super close. It was also surprisingly quiet for its location, especially overnight. Potential negatives are (1) Lack of any bathrooms NOT inside bedrooms. (2) Too many codes. (3) Lack of 2 parking spaces (though we were warned) and (4) Minor, the lack of a dedicated place for boards / skis The garage with one spot isn’t as bad as other reviewers made it out to be as it is close. If you have 2 cars, there is pay parking at the China bridge garage about 1 mile away, but you can’t stay more than 24 hours in a row, the evening timeframe is very busy, and getting there is a bit of a hassle. Communication was excessive: emails from both VRBO and Avant Stay, each slightly different. And also a welcome prearrival text with direction reminders, except they were to the wrong condo. There are also too many codes (6 in all): two for the garage (car vs pedestrians), the condo building, the condo itself, the spa / hot tub, and finally the dumpsters which are over by the Rocky MTN chocolate factory. Last, the rental process with Avant stay required giving control of my camera to some website and scanning myself up and down?? Weird and felt intrusive. .

Stayed Jan 14, 2024We had a fine time. The unit was nice. Strange parking garages caused $240 in parking tickets. Trying to get that resolved.

Stayed Aug 20, 2023The location of the condo was great! It had so many fun activities to do in the summer months like the alpine slide, roller coaster and mini golf. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. The only issue in the summer is that there is no air conditioning and many of the screens on thw windows were missing. Also the directions and codes for finding the parking condo and pool are a bit confusing. But overall l would come back.

Stayed Mar 16, 2023Great apartment, outstanding location, easy check-in/check-out and great communication. A little on the pricier side, but worth the money. Recommend and would stay again.

Stayed Feb 5, 2023Pros: Great location- as advertised. Clean. Fully stocked with supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.). New appliances- worked great. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. Spacious family room- 6 adults plenty of space. Underground parking (sheltered from the elements). Great selection of Ski shops, food in immediate area. Opportunity for improvement: Directions from the garage to the Condo need to be changed to enter from the North side of the building (no stairs that way!). Ski-N-Ski shop on first floor (North Side) below unit needs to have a door closer on their door- constant door open/close banging can be heard all the way up to the 3rd and 4th floor of this unit. Not a problem if you're gone all day skiing, but annoying if you have to take a day off to recover! Management support: AMAZING!! We had a small water drip that came from the roof onto the master bed and the local property management team jumped into action immediately to resolve and make sure we were safe and able to remain in the condo with no further issues. Thanks!!

Stayed Feb 24, 2022Every year my four friends and I make a pilgrimage out west & this year we were fortunate to stay at this amazing condo right on the slopes in Park City. The condo was spacious and updated. The beds were comfortable and all the necessities from towels, to toothpaste were provided. We had one small issue with a drain in a shower and the management company responded that same afternoon and fixed it immediately. We couldn't ask for a better stay and highly recommend this listing to anyone.

Stayed Mar 9, 2021The location here is amazing: a few steps to the lifts. Other than that, the stay was not ideal. The first problem was the arrival instructions. Very vague about which parking garage. We wasted at least an hour parking in the wrong garage and wandering around in the dark trying to figure out where to go. The parking for this unit was in the basement of a totally different building. This should be made crystal clear in the directions. Nobody would answer the phone at 6:00 pm. So we were left to figure it all out in our own. Frustrating. Also: for buying groceries: there is no easy way to park and unload groceries. Must carry individual bags pretty far across the complex to get to the building entrance. Skiing seems to be an afterthought. There are no pegs for skis/boards and only three tiny hooks for 6 skiers to share for jackets, helmets, etc? At this price point, one would think all of these details would be ironed out. Cooking was certainly an afterthought in this unit as well. Barely enough cookware to cook very basic meals. Cheapo cutlery and pots. No trivet, no oven mitts, no shelves in the pantry to store food (we ended up using the pantry as a ski locker). Unit photo showed 3 bar stools. None were present when we arrived. But the staff was very quick to go buy some when we called. But they only got two—we needed some space to set up home offices for remote work. Coffee pot did not fit the coffee maker. Staff was quick to buy a while new coffee unit, which was nice. Final critique item: unit was very nicely furnished but the beds had strange stamped bronze headboards. Made very loud metallic clunking noise every time you bumped it in the night. And the walls were a bit thin: some loud kids in the unit next door kept us awake one of the nights. Had to go knock on their door. Reiterate: absolutely great location, but we will not stay here again. Too expensive for too many little problems.
