This 2,700 square foot townhome was extensively expanded and remodeled in 2016. The main floor was expanded by approximately 300 square feet and showcases a much larger new kitchen and dining room. The home is finished in the very current mountain industrial style with all new furnishings , flooring, paint and more! Bi-fold panel doors fold back all the way to open up on a large deck with new hot tub and gorgeous meadow/creek views and patio dining in summer with BBQ. All bathrooms have new stone countertops and new sinks, faucets and lighting. Basement bunk room has all new bedding, lighting and more. Home received new super soft carpet in 2019. This beautifully remodeled townhome is located approximately one mile from the Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort - now all part of Vail. Also - we are just minutes from Deer Valley. The main floor is quite spacious with a new HDTV, convenient access to the new private hot tub, outdoor dining table and BBQ on the deck and we have a spacious two-car garage.  Downstairs is a large bonus room with new sleeper-sofa and loveseat, a separate fireplace, large screen HDTV, full bath and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). Upstairs are TWO MASTER SUITES each with a brand new memory foam king-size mattress , all new bedding which is replaced in its entirety after checkout and all new furnishings. The third upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and also new bedding which is fully swapped out for fresh after checkout for next arriving guests. The main master bedroom has a very large and expanded balcony with views of a creek and surrounding mountains.  In the summer guests can enjoy sunbathing in a pair of lounge chairs while enjoying charming meadow views and often on weekends you can see Hot Air Balloons going by in the distance! We even have a moose family that typically resides off our balcony in the summer! A brand new washer and dryer are in the unit. The community is on 3 different stops for the free bus route providing convenient, no-hassle access to all that Park City has to offer.  All upstairs bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVDs.  For summer visitors golf, fly fishing, tennis, hiking, and biking are all nearby. The Peaks Hotel which is across the street has a food truck, cocktails, live music and outdoor games and bike rental in the summer and in the winter a skating rink and ski rental. Also was voted Best Pizza in Park City!!brbrWe also keep the house stocked with spices, cooking and laundry supplies, condiments and other cooking basics for the convenience of our guests.
