There are general mountain views from the main floor and the master bedroom with views of Deer Valley's Little Baldy Peak and mountaineer lift from the private patio!brbrEnjoy a private hot tub, heated underground parking, and a ski locker. It's very easy to get around without a car using Park City's free bus which stops directly outside the property. The heated courtyard walkways provide easy access to the garage elevator. For convenience, there's highspeed internet with good wifi signal throughout, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware, and cookware as well as a crock pot, coffee machine and a Keurig.brbrAfter a long day of skiing, enjoy some quality time together on the main floor where there is a gas fireplace, smart TV and a number of different games to play. We have a variety of puzzles as well!brbrLOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATIONbrWe are situated in one of the best locations in lower Deer Valley. It's an easy 0.6 mile downhill walk to Main Street. After a night out on Main Street, it's super easy to hop on the bus from the Main Street bus terminal to get back to Greyhawk. Park City has an excellent free bus service to get to the slopes, it's a short 5 min ride to Deer Valley. It's just as easy to get to PC mountain. A 5 min ride will get you to Town Lift and it's about 10 min to PC Mountain base. Both resorts are easily accessible by multiple bus routes that all stop directly in front of the complex!brbrBEDROOM LAYOUTbr• First Floor. Queen Bedroom and Bunk Room. Both bedrooms share a bathroom.br• Second Floor. There's a spacious main level/living area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen.
