Stayed Feb 5, 2026Very nice place with a convenient location. Check in process was the worst I’ve ever experienced. 9/10 would recommend.

Stayed Jan 22, 2026Check-in communication was incredibly poor. Although the property manager sent several solicitation communications to me pre-checkin via both the VRBO app and text, they only sent the pertinent communication to me via email and I never received the emails. They required a 12 page rental agreement to be signed and initialed in multiple places (note: they only sent the agreement after they had already received payment in full from me with no ability for me to request a refund and never followed up via text or VEBO notification when they did not receive a response from me). After arriving late at night and explaining that I not only hadn’t received their emails but that I also wasn’t receiving the real time communications they were sending, I requested they resend them via text or VRBO notification but they refused. They were also unwilling to provide the full access info to allow us into the unit until I signed the document that I could not receive. Their staff was completely unhelpful and check-in was unnecessarily turned into a major ordeal by the horrible property manager.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025The proximity to Snow Park Lodge inDeer Valley is amazing. The condo is right next to the bus stop, so it’s super easy to get to Park city as well. The garage under the condo was convenient as well although the ceiling is pretty low, so if your vehicle has a roof rack, it may not fit.The condo itself was as advertised with a king size bed, a full bath, and 1/2 bath. A full kitchen is present as well. There is a pullout couch as well on which our 10 year-old slept. He said it was fine, but I think only a child would be OK with sleeping on the pullout couch as the mattress is very thin and you can feel the springs. There were a lot of empty liquor bottles in the cabinet above the stove. The cabinets in the kitchen had a funky smell. A basic amount of dishes, glasses, and silverware are present in the kitchen. The actual bed comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good. As was mentioned in another review, the blinds in the bedroom are broken. I was able to set up the slats that had broken from the blinds to block the light coming in, so the light didn’t wake us up early or keep us from going to sleep, but these blinds do need to be fixed.Shower was good except for the shower curtain is too short. Also, the water heater is set too high, so be careful with small children.Overall, the condo was not luxurious, but was what we needed, and was a good value. I would stay there again, but it would be nice if some of the things listed above were fixed.

Stayed Jan 26, 2025Overall the property is as listed. However the master bedroom shade had been broken by a previous guest and only closes partly over the sliding glass door. As a result the lights from the neighboring condo flood into the unit at night and as soon as the sun shines the bedroom is filled with light. A further wonder is the lack of privacy when you are changing cloths. I would suggest making sure the unit fixes this shade before renting it
