    Cozy and convenient, this condo was a perfect location for two couples. Great views from living room and hot tub. Walking distance to the Deer Valley base and easy uber rides to town for dinner.

    Just as advertised with amazing views, great amenities and perfect location to walk to Deer Valley. Pleasantly surprised with all the amenities in kitchen and decor. Management very responsive on a couple of small issues. Very pleased!

    This was our first time to DV. Comstock #303 is located at the base of Snow Park. A short walk to the lodge and you are on your way. #303 was perfect for us. Originally reserved for my wife and two kids, but my daughter and a friend of mine went instead. Well appointed, plenty of room, super clean, and had everything we would need in terms of housewares. Skiing all day and enjoying #303's comfortable couches watching Netflix all night. A short drive to food and fun so conveniently located if you want to venture out. Unit is on the top floor which is really nice. Beautiful high ceilings. Parking is close to the elevator in the garage and the unit is a quick right outside the elevator on the 3rd floor. Hot tub is nice too!

    We were unable to utilize the property due to a family medical emergency and understood the refund period had passed. Yet, this management would not consider refunding the cleaning fee, taxes or other charges that were no longer applicable. As we were to be on a 12 day trip we were working with several property managers. ALL others offered some type of accommodation due to our unfortunate and unavoidable predicament. We will not do business with this company again. They show no empathy, no compassion.

    Great property! Conveniently located, just 5-minute walk to the slopes. Parking on site, and elevator to bring you to upper floors. Unit was clean and kitchen had everything you can possibly need to cook/store food. Also, the process to book and the concierge was extremely helpful. I highly recommend.
