The Bear Hollow clubhouse has a gym as well as an outdoor community hot tub and pool, amenities that can be hard to find in Park City!brbrOur house is a 2,750 square foot., 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath single family house on the east side of Bear Hollow. You will enjoy unobstructed views of Swaner Preserve and might be lucky enough to see the hot air balloons that sometimes launch early in the morning from a spot on the other side of the Preserve. The upper floor of the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The middle floor is where you'll find the gourmet kitchen with a 5 burner stovesize refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and double wall ovens. The dining space can accommodate up to 14 between the dining table and the kitchen bar. Enjoy your morning coffee here or on our spacious deck where you'll find a table and chairs as well as a barbeque grill.
