No parking is allowed inside the garage in order to keep it clean. Great location- a block from the Silver Star development which gives you direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. A quick 5 minute walk to the elevator takes you to the Silver Star lift where you can purchase your lift tickets and avoid the crowds at the base of the Resort. brThe light and airy unit backs up to cross country skiing at the White Pine Touring and across the street from great snowshoeing trails. If you wish to ski elsewhere in the valley or explore Main Street, the free Park City shuttle stops across the street from the parking lot. If you have a car, there is free parking directly in front of the unit.brThe interior of the unit is large, fully equipped and very cozy. The platinum-rated unit has all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and vaulted paneled ceilings. The well stocked kitchen has an island that seats four and a table that seats eight. We have views of the mountains and cross-country skiing which can be enjoyed from any of the unit's three decks. A large hot tub is well situated and very private. brEight sleep comfortably here – it is perfect for two families. There are three bedroom suites – one on each of the three floors. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom. The unit has five flat screen TVs, WIFI and a gas fireplace in the living room. The entrance to the unit is on the ground floor and there are no long set of stairs to walk up. There is also a large mud room at the front entrance to store skis and other equipment, and a washer and dryer. brbrWe provide a concierge at your disposal as needed. She will even stock your unit with food and spirits for a small fee.brbrOur rental rates are reasonable and far less than charged by commercial management companies. Watch skiers pass by, observe wildlife ,and enjoy gorgeous, serene mountain scenery year-round. brbrBest location in Deer Valley because you’re away from the crowded Snow Park and Silver Lake lodges and located higher up on the mountain with front-door access to the lift and “Silver Buck” green run so it’s easy for beginners to ski back to the condo and enjoy lunch or let the weary kids take a break. If you’re not already familiar with this building and its location on the mountain, do some additional research on Arrowleaf. So many visitors come back here year after year because this is a highly sought after location and one of the best in all of Deer Valley and Park City for ski-out access with views and close proximity to Main St, Montage, etc. brbrFREE Empire Pass Uber-like on-demand transport service comes with the rental so you don't even need a car (unless you really want one!) Ask the owner for more info on free local transport - you still need a ride to/fr the airport (Uber works great or local charter services) but once you’ve arrived, transportation around town is free! If you do have a car, that is still OK. There is heated underground parking. brbrRemodeled, modernized unit with fine furnishing throughout: Sub-Zero fridge & wine fridge, Wolf gas range, smart washer/dryer, smart TVs, RH design/furnishing, Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top mattresses, top of line cookware and kitchen items, upscale linens. This is a CORNER unit - private & quiet! Take elevator to indoor secured parking, walk outside and choose to relax slope-side in one of 3 different outdoor jacuzzis. Game room in lobby has pool table and shuffleboard, community TV and lounge sitting for business calls or pizza night/teen hangout. brbrWe rented from units located in this building for many years before buying ours and we were always frustrated by how old-fashioned and outdated the furnishings were, especially when we were paying big $ during peak season! This is no longer the case in our unit - it’s all new and beautiful and we maintain it each season making updates and replacements so it always meets our guest's discerning standards. brbrRent direct from the owner -- no middleman property management company charging expensive host/concierge/admin fees. The fees you see on ours are mandatory VRBO service fees and taxes - nothing extra besides cleaning which is a pass through cost to our guests. brbrMeet Deer Valley private lesson instructors and/or buy tickets onsite at Silver Strike lift during the winter season - just a couple hundred feet away from your indoor ski locker on the base level of the building. brbrDuring SUMMER, you’re a 5-minute bike ride from Ruby Express for mountain biking.
