BEST Large One Bedroom Condo and “Best” Location to Ski Lifts & Downtown Main!

Before I go into detail about my place, know that this is managed by owner (me) and I do not have up charges for administration fees or management fees. Rene’s Condo is located just 100 yards from Park City Mountain Resort. It is close enough to walk home for lunch or to enjoy a hot cup of cocoa after a morning of skiing. The walk to groceries and Main Street is easy and is truly a remarkable location to everything. Empire House has a spacious interior with over 800 square feet. It is nicely decorated in contemporary mountain design with wood like flooring and big screen TV's. The great family dining area at the circular table is awesome for eating and entertaining. Rene’s Empire House condo has a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, HD cable TV, free Wi-Fi Internet and private balcony off the master bedroom with use of a BBQ grill. This unit sleeps 4 and is ideal for a small family. Enjoy the King Size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room. Quality linens and towels are also included as well as free underground parking. If you own a vehicle with raised tires or have a storage box ontop, measure it so I know it will clear the entrance of the garage. Please note there are two flights of stairs (approximately 28 stairs) that you must navigate to get to my unit, no elevator!! I am on the second floor, 2c. brbrOur large spacious master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and large bathroom with granite counters and a huge tub/shower combination with a steam mist system which is great for those sore muscles after a long day on the slopes. The tub/shower is separated from the vanity area to provide more privacy to each guest. Off the vanity area is a huge walk-in closet to hold all those bulky ski clothes and jackets. Comfort items like extra bedding and pillows are stored here as well as an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. The entire unit has radiant floor heating, so walking bare foot through the bathroom is not a problem. Feels wonderful on a chilly morning!brbrWelcome to winter at Utah's Park City, “The Greatest Snow on Earth” with World Class Skiing at Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons Resort and Deer Valley. Park City, known for its International renowned Sundance Film Festival, is truly a unique village. One of the few places in the United States where you can walk off an airplane, hop on a shuttle and be to your destination in less than 40 minutes. Once in the village, there really is no need for a car, free transportation is provided by Park City Municipal Transportation. Besides skiing, there is an array of other winter sports from snowmobiling to ice skating. You can visit the Olympic Park built for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Dare yourself and fly down the bobsled course at 80 miles an hour. Park City has an array of restaurants from fine dining to a sled ride pulled by horses to take you to dinner in a Yurt.
