The ground level includes a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and private flat-screen TV. There is enough kitchen seating with a combination of dining table and breakfast bar. The spacious living area contains a gas log fireplace, sofa, and 50 flat screen with cable TV. Washer and Dryer and half bathroom are also located on the ground floor.brbrThe two upstairs bedrooms are each furnished with queen beds and flat screen TV's. A full bathroom is also located on the top floor. The loft overlooks the living area and has an oversized CordaRoy's Chenille Bean Bag that turns into a very comfortable bed. (Pull-out couch in the living room as well. Sheets are provided in the unit for either one/not for both) brbrAll bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!brbrThis is a corner unit - The garage depth is 19 FT and the height is 7 FT 10 IN. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles. brbrBookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
