Welcome to The Shack managed by Moab Utah Properties. Modern home located just outside of town with all the amenities to park cars, trailers, toys and RV. Amazing views of the La Sal Mountains. Fast trail and lake access. Hot tub and private patio to host big groups. Full hook-ups for an RV or camper on the property that are available for guests to use for an addition fee of $75 per night. Please inquire if you`d like to use the hook-ups. Inside is newly remodeled and with new furnishings.>
The inside of this home is full of natural light, all new furnishings, cable TV and wifi. It is professionally cleaned and well stocked with extra bath and kitchen supplies. It has plenty of extra clean cozy blankets, and pillows. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 1 King with ensuite shower, 2 Queens with a shared shower-bath, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen with all appliances. Heating and air conditioning.

Enter by code. Guest has access to the whole house and yard area. There is a storage shed in the far back of the property that is not accessible to guests.

We are available by phone, text, and message for anything you may need during your stay.

Located 6.5 miles outside of downtown. Quiet neighborhood and large lot with tons of parking. Killer views of the red rock cliffs and only 5 minutes from the near by trailheads. Ken`s Lake is also just a 5 minute drive South. 20 minutes from Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park 30 minutes away.

Just a 6.5 mile drive South of downtown Moab. You can rent a Jeep at our adventure partners Canyonland Jeep or use local transportation company Moab Express.

This property is built for recreational enthusiasts in mind, however there is no garage.
Due to the nature of this residential neighborhood the quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home.

    Stayed at the Shack for a week of UTV riding in Moab. The house was set up perfectly for our needs (tons of trailer parking, hoses for machine washes). These hosts are super responsive and professional with a focus on the details which make a difference to guests. We have traveled and stayed at properties around the country and this ranks as one of the best!

    Awesome place to stay, very clean, felt comfortable in the neighborhood with having our expensive machines left outside while not there. Only wish the rates didn’t increase so we could come back again.

    This place was a little smaller than what our group typically rents, but seemed to still fit us perfectly! It was beautifully maintained and parking was perfect for us. I would recommend this to any small groups who enjoy any outdoor activities! It is perfectly situated in close proximity to all of the trails, without the hustle and bustle of downtown!

    Although we didn't end up using it, originally chose this property because it had an RV hook up in addition to the house with ample parking for vehicles, trailers, OHVs. It had everything necessary including basic kitchen seasonings and was so easy to settle in! A++++ Recommended and will likely book here again!!

    We were a group of 3 families traveling with a larger group for an offroading adventure around Moab. We had a total of 4 trailers in our group. We were able to park them all together. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our needs.

    Plenty of towels (and good ones at that), bedding, plates, cups, wine glasses, silverware, knives, etc. Great parking even for trailers. could use a little better pans.
