The oversize bunk room has 4 queen beds, 6 twin beds(XL), double vanity, and TWO private toilet/shower areas. Enough beds to sleep 28 comfortably.brbrbrbrThis is our home away from home and we love sharing it with visitors to Southern Utah. Rather than the traditional layout of 1 or 2 master suites with queens or twins in the other bedrooms, our home was custom designed to make each bedroom a king suite with its own private bathroom. As a result, the home is ideal for large groups looking for an unforgettable getaway. Everyone gets their own private king suite and bathroom, but then a large gathering area is available in the kitchen and family room with 85 TV. This large inside gathering area transitions nicely into the secluded outdoor courtyard/pool by way of a 3-panel sliding glass door. If you need even more room, the breezeway from the courtyard leads to the large resort pool/clubhouse located across the back alley. You can lock the 6' gate in the breezeway to ensure privacy and seclusion for our courtyard/pool area. During the summer, professional grade misters are in the courtyard to help keep you cool. If you want the pool heated from November through March, you can pay a heating fee of $100 (for your entire stay). brbrbrbrOne king suite is on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the 4 king suites, large bunk room, and another large family room with 85” 4K TV. Two of the upstairs king suites share a balcony. A second balcony off the upstairs family room overlooks the courtyard/pool. USB-C and USB-A ports on each nightstand for charging phones. The bunk room also doubles as a gaming room with a Sony 4K TV (120Hz), X-Box and 4 gamer lounge chairs (the two 85” TVs in other areas of the house are also ‘gamer ready’ at 120Hz).brbrbrbrIf you are interested in whole house audio that allows for music to play in the courtyard, downstairs family room and upstairs family room, let us know and we will send instructions on how to use the system. We love this feature—especially in the pool area!brbrbrbrThe resort clubhouse located across the back alley has a beach entry pool, lap pool, splash pad (seasonal), lounge chairs, shaded areas with tables, and exercise room with some weights (operating hours are determined by the HOA). Just east of the front entrance to the house is a large grass park with mature trees and two pickle ball courts. Inside the 2-car garage are pickle ball paddles/balls, a ping pong table, and an EV plug in garage.brbrbrbrOur home is located 30 miles away from the entrance to Zion National Park. If you are bringing a boat and/or UTV to use at Sand Hollow State Park (entrance is just 5 miles away), parking for trailers and RVs is available on the outside perimeter of the resort. We use the RV parking area south of our home, which results in a short walk to our front door. If you need inspiration on other places to visit, many photos of scenic areas in Southern Utah appear throughout the home.brbrbrbrKitchen is stocked with place settings for 28 people. Kid-friendly plastic dishes also available. There is an arcade style gaming system in here as well as a flat screen tv. The loft has a couch, chair, large flat screen tv, and PS4. Walk out the sliding door to the balcony to watch the sunset or overlook the pool. There is a bathroom with double vanity sinks, and a tub/shower combo upstairs. brbrWe have included many games and puzzles to enjoy during your stay. A starter pack of laundry soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and toilet paper is included for your stay. 16 bath towels, and 10 pool towels are available to you. brbrThe area:brSpend your days taking in all the outdoor options Southern Utah has to offer. Want hiking Zion National Park cannot be beat and is only 21 miles away. The park offers hikes of all lengths and difficulty. Some of the can’t miss include the following .brZion Narrows at the Temple of Sinawava, at the end of the Riverside Walk. This is an easy paved 1-mile trail. If you’d like to venture further into the Narrows we recommend water shoes for your time in the water. Weeping Rock. Only .4 miles on a paved trail leading to a large overhang of rock that is dripping with water. Canyon Overlook Trail provides breathtaking views of the canyon. It is a great trail for most hiking abilities, just be cautious and aware of your surroundings. Emerald Pool Trails is a great east to moderate hike as well.brbrHurricane is an outdoor enthusiasts dream. Within minutes you can be at Sand Hollow Resort or Quail Creek Reservoir to spend the day boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, climbing, riding ATV’s, playing in the sand dunes, or just soaking up the sun on shore. Feel free to take the two Lifetime kids Kayaks we have hanging in the garage. Be sure to pack your life jackets.brbrThere are so many trails available to explore on ATV’s or mountain bikes. brbrHurricane offers multiple eating options within 5 minutes of the unit. Some of our favorites are: brPig’s Ear American Bistro, Lonny Boy’s BBQ, Hunan City, and Muddy Bees Bakery. Multiple fast food options are available as well. If you’d like more extensive eatery options, head to St. George (20 minutes away), and the options are in abundance.brbrIf you venture into St. George (just 20 minutes away) you will have many additional options. Some of our favorite things to do in St. George are hiking the Zixie Rock at Pioneer Park and wandering through the Red Hills Desert Garden while we are there. Eating Cafe Rio or The Pizza Factory, and finishing with Oreo Concrete from Nielsen’s Custard. We love the parks for kids, and adults there as well. Canyon Park in Washington, Utah. It has an American Ninja Warrior type course that times you as well as a 2 lane 40-yard dash on turf.
