Lovely family home with patio, pool table, & free WiFi - close to national parks

Beautiful, comfortable property.

The house is clean, modern, fashionable, and full of amenities! The neighborhood is equally pleasant. The house is located perfectly in the middle of the locations I wanted to visit on my trip.

This is our 4th stay at this house. Love it and look forward to our next!! Thank you for having us!!

Great home with accommodations for everyone. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is great in general, well equipped overall, a quiet friendly neighborhood, very open space on the street and not jam-packed like some locations, and excellent communication from Vacasa. The but there were two things that could be addressed for the future. 1 - TV's are old and not set up to work easily; in fact, the living room was super challenging but finally got the Roku to work but finicky. The master room never worked and equipment is beyond out of date. Just get simple smart TVs that are so inexpensive nowadays and this would be 1000 times easier for guests. 2 - There was no mention of a boat being parked in the garage and we rented this house specifically for the larger garage space and were not able to take advantage of this. The great thing is the neighborhood is very safe feeling and we left UTVs outside all week with zero issues and did not really feel like we would have an issue. It would have been nice to know about that prior to booking though so we could factor that in our decision.

Very fun trip, we golfed, rode dirt bikes and side by sides all weekend and had a blast. House was perfect for our group and was very close to our friends that have a home down there.

This house was a very nice stay for my family with plenty of beds for our crew! We will definitely remember this place!

We appreciate the amount of space and beds available while staying on vacation here. The sheets and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and necessities, which we appreciated. In the add it said some bikes were available. All bikes but one were usable. Things in the home had signs like don't mess or you'll screw it up or things that were broken and needed attention and repair. If a bench is broken, remove it from the house so I don't have to keep my children off of it. The throw pillows on beds and couches seemed dirty. Like they've never been washed or updated. While cockroaches are a given in this area, we found some in the house. The shampoo and conditioner were switched and put in the wrong containers which was weird like they were reusing sample size bottles. We found hand prints on doors and furniture. We liked the close proximity to Quail and Sand Hollow. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The master bedroom needs window coverings in the bathroom. While we enjoyed our stay, I don't see us wanting to seek this one out again.
