Great place to stay. Easily accessible and in the middle of everything. Plenty of room in the house for a big group without feeling cramped.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this location and loved it. The place was very clean & cozy, felt very welcoming and we loved that the kitchen had cooking pots/pans and utensils needed. Checking in and checking out was a breeze, the only thing we do want to state is there is no private hot tub or pool. You do have to travel about half a block for access to the club house. We noticed a lot of the other units did have private hot tubs out back, however this one didn't. Other than that, we would definitely book again.

This place was really great for our stay. Everything was clean. We did notice an odd smell, like the floors had been mopped with an old mop but we later learned that most of it was coming from the washing machine. We cleaned out the part of the washer that collects buildup and ran a bleach-and-water cycle, and it’s good as new now with no more funk. (In case anyone else has this issue, check the gasket/filter.)There is everything you need at this house for cooking. I did not know this but our house didn't have a hot tub and firepit and we weren't sure if it should have - we just went to the clubhouse down the street but that closes at 10 PM and you cannot bring any alcohol there (A really good thing to know before booking.) I specifically booked this place because of the gym and the basketball court. To my surprise, they don't open until 9am. Now, I can understand the basketball court not wanting to open too early but as a person who goes to the gym at 5 AM this really ruined a part of this trip for me. Who is waiting at a gym at 9am? That is when I should be dressed and ready to go to breakfast, you know? There also was no basketball for the court so I went to walmart to buy one - it was like 12 and I left it for the next guests.

Great communication, easy check in. Could have had more coffee cups and glass plates. White towels were dingy and didn’t smell clean. Carpet on steps didn’t look vacuumed. Beds were very comfortable, great stay overall.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but we did run into a few issues that could use some attention. When we arrived, there was a noticeable odor in the house, and we ended up re-washing the towels and bedding due to the smell. The garage door also came off its track and wouldn’t close properly, and the refrigerator’s ice machine wasn’t working.We reached out to Matt about these concerns, and he was very responsive and receptive to the feedback. He mentioned that they would be working to address the concerns. With a few updates and a little maintenance, this home could be a great spot for future guests.

Clean, convenient and pool access

My family and friends stayed here for a week. We felt instantly right at home. The home was completely lovely and had such a fun community center. It was a short drive away from Zion. All in all we had one of the best vacations ever. Communication with the host was top notch! I would highly recommend and we'd be happy to stay there again.

Clean, well stocked, had everything we needed. Good communication with the host and we were left alone. Wish the pool are was open later than 10 pm though.

Overall nice place, great location, and good communication with host. I do think the cleaners could do a better job wiping things down (countertops and master bedroom furniture specifically). Would stay here again!

This property was perfect for our trip! It’s in a great location—just a short drive to Zion National Park. The home is spacious with an open floor plan that made it easy to relax and spend time together. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The host was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Stayed for a week with husband and two adult sons. Home is spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Especially liked the open kitchen to den area to hang out. Friendly, safe neighborhood. Guys really liked the gym at the pool as well.

Loved this house. Great master with walk-in shower. One bedroom with queen size and the other room with two bunk beds. Resort nice overall.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful.

We stayed here with our family. We attended a baseball tournament in St George. Its about a 20 min drive to St George. Check in was easy and beds were comfy. We did not use the pool as it was cold. We did not cook because the garbage disposal was broken and they were not able to fix it during our stay. Spacious and comfortable home. I do wish they didnt have carpet as it was worn and dirty.

This home is in a great location. I was surprised by how far the pool area was after booking this place. The ad was a little miss leading. The home wasn't as clean as I wanted after the price we paid, lots of scuffs on the walls and doors, the master shower tile was pretty dirty. But overall we enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Live the house, clean and comfy we loved our stay

This condo was perfect for our short visit to St. George. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and I loved that the other two bedrooms were equipped with king beds and extra blankets. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Great stay overall and when we come back another time, I would definitely stay here again.

While I was there to visit family in Washington UT and didn't really take advantage of any of the property amenities , it is a perfect location . 1/2 from Zion and about the same for Snow Canyon so it was ideal for hiking. Property had everything I needed and everything was in great condition. I also did some walking around the area at night and it was very safe and easy to walk into local neighborhoods.

Our family of four spent just under a week here at this rental. It is just as described; spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. They provide so many helpful amenities, from coffee to pool towels. The check-in and out process was smooth and easy. My two daughters loved the double bunkbed room and the community pool & hot tub. My husband and I loved the comfortable bed and convenient location. We were about to easily drive to a different national or state park every single day for hiking, stunning views, and unforgettable experiences. This is the perfect place to come and make wonderful family memories.

This place was great, not only did it have all The necessities, but everything was a little bit above average. Had coffee there already also we loved the quality of toilet paper lol!! We do a lot of cooking so having all those spices really helps of not having to buy little things like that. The beds were very comfortable The shower was incredible.

Stayed two nights for a softball tournament in Hurricane. Super close to the fields and grocery store. The kids had fun in the pool. The pool defiantly wasn't 85 degrees, but it was only 70 outside. My kids want to go back when its warm and stay a little longer!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5. We were close to all the attractions in the area - Zion, Kanab, Sand Hollow - and loved coming back to enjoy the hot tub, pool, and fires at night.

This was a wonderful home to stay at for exploring Zion, Bryce and all the surrounding areas. Community pool, hot tub and grill area were a big hit with all ages.
