At about 800 sq. feet, it is comfortable with a full kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware and some basic cooking ingredients such as flour, sugar, oil and spices and has a BBQ outside for making a perfect meal after a long day of playing outside. There is a hot tub in the private backyard where you can relax and unwind and a gazebo/pergola to give you some shade. Home is located a short distance from the center of Hurricane where you'll find a full grocery store, post office, library and a decent choice of restaurants. Just a few minute drive or about a 25 min. walk to most businesses in Hurricane. There is a walmart located a few more miles down the road. A great central area for many recreational opportunities like boating, kayaking and off-roading, with Sand Hollow and Quail Creek State Parks only 15 minutes away and multiple National Parks easily within a days drive. Zion National Park is about 30 minutes away. Plenty of fantastic mountain biking in all directions like the JEM trail and Gooseberry Mesa.strongbrbrNOTE: The private backyard area of the home is still a work in progress but the hot tub is in and the gazebo/pergola is done.
