With sub-freezing nights, we don't keep the pool heated in the off season (Oct. - Mar.) but we can heat it for a $60 a day fee if you want to use it in the winter months. brThere is no fee to heat the hot tub.brbr- City limits overnight guest to 10. Beds are available for more, but additional guests are the renters responsibility.br- Residential neighborhood... noise ordnance is strictly enforced. Of course, high speed internet and satellite TV is provided. brbrThe safety of our guests at Casa de Zion is of upmost importance. We have recently retrofitted our home with a whole house sprinkler system. There is a smoke alarm in every room and a fire extinguisher on each floor. The pool area is surrounded by a 6’ wrought iron fence and block wall. The gates leading to the pool area are key locked and cannot be easily opened by a child. In addition, the pool has a cover that is key locked. Our Jacuzzi spa has a cover as well as a cable across the top that has a secure key lock. Our home is located on a bluff overlooking the Hurricane Valley and has a wrought iron fence to protect young children. Surveillance cameras are installed for security and insurance purposes on the outside of the property only. brWe are within the immediate vicinity of world-class mountain biking trail systems such as Gooseberry Mesa, Little Creek Mesa and the JEM/Hurricane Rim Trails.
