Upstairs is an additional master bedroom with King bed. Upstairs has Two additional queen bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the bottom floor next to the entertainment room with pool table. One has a King-size Bed with bath, one bedroom with bunk bed (no bath), one bedroom has 2 singles with bathroom. There is also a hot tub and barbecue off of a private deck on the main floor. Cable package includes HBO, STARZ, Showtime, Cinemax, Sports Entertainment Pkg, entertainment room offers a pool table, mini kitchen, 40' flat screen hdtv The DSL wireless internet / printer can keep you tied into any outside business that demands your immediate attention. br brThis is a NON SMOKING home. The house is 5 minutes driving distance to Deer Valley and Park City. In 50 minutes you can get to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, and Snow Basin. In the winter, the driveway will be plowed in the mornings when there is significant snowfall. A CAR IS RECOMMENDED AS WE ARE NOT ON THE BUS ROUTE . However, Ski Season 2025-2026 we offer FREE trips to ski slopes via APP Deer Valley direct. Download the App, turn on location services to easily set up your pick up spot when requesting a ride.
