There is a bathroom on this level, making this area perfect for families or larger groups. This wonderful room also has a ping pong table and arcade game table featuring 60 different old school games...a great place for some friendly competition! This level has its own furnace with forced air so you can set it to your perfect temperature for maximum comfort. brbrbrAscending to the second floor, you'll discover two private bedrooms, each adorned with cozy furnishings, an electric fireplace for added warmth and ambience along with its own bathroom for added comfort. A laundry area is also conveniently located on this level, providing all the amenities needed for a home away from home. With comfort in mind, we added air conditioning to our central forced air heating system for the 2nd & 3rd levels controlled by a thermostat located on 3rd level. Not many properties have AC on the mountain...when we purchased this we were told it wasn't necessary, however we realized it was and would be a benefit so we had an AC installed. brbrThe upper level unveils the true charm of The Cabin at Ridge View.
