The house was everything we needed. Things were clean and it was in a great location. Layout worked perfectly for our needs and there were plenty of places to hang out. Even though we were 5 families, we were never on top of each other. A few simple things would take this property to the next level. The kitchen needs a refresh... there were not enough utensils to serve our group for a single meal. There were disposables provided, but that seemed wasteful. Also the plates provided were thick plastic plates that have seen bettter days. Glass or ceramic would be much preferable. The plans, while there were plenty were also old and the non-stic coating was all scratched up. We also would have appreciated more cleaning supplies, counter spray, paper towels, and a dust pan would have been helpful. Shovels in the garage would have gone a long way for us to handle some snow and ice that made it difficult to park and maneuver at the top of the driveway.

The cabin was perfect! Really noce and well maintained. Owners are super friendly and communicative. Everything was perfect and we'd definitely stay here again!

We had a large group in a beautiful cabin with all the amenities. However, what could have been a huge disaster, due to a plumbing issue, was promptly rectified. The owners were prompt to respond from the beginning and ended up moving us to another property. Our Easter/birthday tradition was saved. Thanks again!

We were three families going to Brian Head to ski for a week. This property was PERFECT! It has rooms for all the parents and kids (not lofts, but rooms with doors)! The owners were totally responsive even before we got there. The house was very nicely furnished and was absolutely perfect. We’d definitely stay there many more times.

We love our stay at this property! It has everything you need for a family trip - so much room, so many activities for the kids and a prized location! Plus the house itself is clean, updated and gorgeous. We will be back!

We had 3 families fit very comfortably in this beautiful house. Everyone enjoyed the amazing views, hot tub, spacious kitchen and eating areas and bedrooms. House was well laid out and having access to the garage was great. Road was plowed regularly including the driveway and we had plenty of space for 3 full size pickup trucks/ SUV's. Neighborhood is very quiet, close to everything, owner was responsive when we had a few questions, checkout process was easy. Overall we had a wonderful time!

We had 14 adults staying here for Thanksgiving (2 sets of parents and 4 adult kids with significant others). This place was perfect. The location is ideal for anything you want to do in Brian Head. We used it as a home base for trips to Bryce and Zion (as well as Thanksgiving dinner). Everything in the property was 'as described' and in working order. Definitely would go back.
