The Casita is open concept (No Separate Bedrooms), it boasts of 2 Queen, 2 Full Built-in Cedar Bunkbeds & 2 Twin Trundle Beds, Full kitchen with a dining table for 6 and 2 Full Bathrooms (1 with outdoor access). This property is surely the best place to unwind & relax. The property has an area with a swing set & trampoline for small children to play, with supervision, of course. The downtown shops & restaurants of the quaint small town of Uvalde are a 20minute drive from the property. Not that you would need to go elsewhere from here, but if you wanted to take a drive to visit surrounding areas, the Concan/ Frio River area is a 40-minute drive, Garner State Park is a 45-50 minute drive, the Campwood Dam is upriver & about a 20-minute drive and Park Chalk Bluff is down river and a 5–10-minute drive.br* If & when there hasn't been enough rain in our region the river directly in front of the property gets pretty shallow, but there is a spring-fed area just a 5-7minute walk up the river that never runs dry & perfect for swimming.
