You will feel like as if you were in a home away from home. We have a full kitchen with all of the amenities needed to make your own meals. The home also has quite a few games , many books, and a whole lot of kid friendly movies. Full size pool table in living provide entertainment for the evening and raining days. brbrThis beautiful spacious beachfront house, with 4 br/3ba, built on pedestrian beach and right on water. Master bedroom facing beach and bedroom behind kitchen has king and full size futon, other two bedrooms facing street have queen plus twin/twin bunk beds, total sleep 16 -20 on bed include 4 cots( stocked inside closet) for extra sleeping capacity. After hurricane most pedestrian beach was washed out, we are one of the very few survived front row houses still kept our own private house front beach which allow our guest be able to enjoy to the pedestrian beach right in front of the house, just sit back and watch kids play on the beach while you enjoy the spectacular ocean view. No traffic allowed at our private beach and makes it kids safe. This spacious beachfront house has short walking distance to the cross section of hwy332 and blue water hwy, where you can find the restaurant, convenient store, shops, etc. brbrYour day will start with having a fresh cup of coffee on the front deck, watching sunrise. During the day you will enjoy beach all day long swimming, picking shell, and building up sand castle. By the end of the day, you can lay back with a drink and enjoy the ocean breeze, listing to the waves and watching sun goes down over the ocean. In the evening some chose to have a walk & talk on the beach while others chose to have fun with board games or curl up on couches watch a movie to relax.brbrSince the beginning of 2022, we have done a lots of improvements to this property: New wood floors installed for entire house, new sofa sets in living room added. Build staircase from lower deck dirty to beach, outdoor shower deck and walk way to lower deck which provide more convenience for our house guest to shower and back to house without get feet sandy again. At beginning of the year, new beddings (comforters and sheets) were added, all pillows were replaced. During Pandemic, we also added new vacuum cleaner, carpet shampoo machine, floor sweeper/bucket set, so house guests can keep floor cleaned during their stay. We also have futon and sofa cover pads applied to all furnitures and have them washed after each rental. New cookware sets and 6 qt slow cooker were added to kitchen before summer. Small furnitures such beach chairs, lounge chairs, lawn chair are also added to deck.brWe will continue to keep up our properties to provide better and comfortable environments to our guests. brbrEvery bedroom is furnished with pillows, pillow shams, bed covers, sheets, blankets, and comforters. Bathroom towels, hand towels are provided. We do not charge laundry service fee so we will count on guest wash them at your departure to leave clean linens for next guest. Of course, we can provide laundry service for $100 laundry service fee upon request. brbrBeach toys are stocked inside storage room down stair. Every bedroom was thoughtfully appointed, and common areas were large enough for everyone to relax, dine, or play games comfortably. Whether we were inside or out, there was always a place to gather and unwind.One of the standout features was the outdoor space. The large deck facing the ocean was our favorite spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and evening stargazing. There was also a shaded area underneath the house with seating, beach toys, and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Coastal Charm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house. Built by us, for us, that we share with you. There are a lot of our personal touches throughout the house, it’s not a purpose built rental. If you see it listed for the weekend you want, book it quick! Coastal Charm is a 1960’s bungalow reimagined. Vaulted ceilings throughout make it feel grand in a petite package. The master bedroom features a grand king sized bed, with an elegant claw foot tub and sink with a toilet room. A chandelier in the bath area provides a nice touch. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with 2 twin XL beds for the kids. There is another twin that can be lowered from the wall if needed for more sleeping arrangements. The hall bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet, sink and a hidden away washer and dryer, should you need it during your stay. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. There is a cooktop and a convection oven/microwave. The dining room table is setup for 4, but there is a leaf to expand it if needed. Living room features 2 couches for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outside, there is plenty of seating around the 180 degree deck, with deck chairs on the south side for tanning away from the sand, and sitting areas on the other 2 sides to enjoy the multiple views off the deck in every direction. You can see the gulf and jetty from the deck, and it’s always a thrill to watch the ships come in and out of the jetty. Downstairs is a large shaded area under the house with several seating areas so you can always find a breeze and some shade. There is a fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs along with a large picnic table, and there is also seating towards the back yard. The yard is fully fenced, front and back, to keep the children or pets in. It is a great area to chill and relax anytime of the day. There is an outdoor shower, which is great for rinsing off all the sand and sweat from the beach, but in reality, it’s our favorite place to shower in the spring, summer, and fall.

It is equipped with full kitchen, garbage disposal, dishwasher, Wash/Dryer, Dish TV, DVD/VCR, and books for rainy day. WiFi is ready for our guests. brbrSince the beginning of 2021, we have done a lots of improvements to this property: vinyl plank floor (Dec 2021installed ) for entire house, new counter top and more cabinet added in kitchen for more storage also completed, new fridge is in service since 2022. Two bathrooms were remodel with new tile and bathtub on Jan 2021, new faucets are in service for kitchen, and two bathrooms on Dec , 2021. New leather sofa set in living room added, new mini fridge in master bedroom to store drinks. A full size futon was added inside master bedroom, new back door from master bedroom to house back balcony was installed on Dec 2021. New beddings (comforters and sheets) added, all pillows are recently replaced. During Pandemic, we also added new vacuum cleaner, floor sweeper/bucket set, so house guests can keep floor clean during their stay. brFenced and gated large back yard is pets friendly. New cookware sets and 6 qt slow cooker were added to kitchen in summer of 2020. brbrNew AC system (air compressor and air handler) has been installed since 2018. brbrNew filtering system has been installed for entire house on Mar 2019, filter cartridge is designated for Sulfor & iron removal for well water and replaced on monthly basis. Water will be run through the filtering system before it getting into the house. We will continue to keep up our properties to provide better and comfortable environments to our guests. brbrThis beach house is located on a quiet private community by the east end of island and away from the crowd. Views to the gulf and the intercostals waterway from the large covered deck with Baby Gate. Enjoy beautiful sunset view from the master bedroom deck. Plenty of the windows in each room and make the house feel very bright and open.brbrThe property is only 50 steps away from the beach. Cross the bridge into Surfside beach and you're in another world - totally relaxing - do as much or as little as you want. Go fishing, kayaking, surfing, or just relax on the beach. Spend quality family time enjoying the laid-back atmosphere. Plan a reunion, or enjoy the fireworks on the 4th of July or New Years.
