We do ask that our furry friends please don't lounge on the furnitures and beds.brbr-There is no longer a pool as it has been covered for additional deck space. brbrbr-Surfside is known for fire ants. We have Action pest control scheduled on a bimonthly basis. brbrbr-There is one Ring floodlight surveillance camera with motion detection lights facing the driveway. It is located over the carport. It is recording both video and audio. We don’t monitor it. It is is there just in case for safety reasons. There are no other cameras inside our outside of the home. brbr-To assist us with preparing for the next guests, we ask that guests please wash and dry used towels prior to departing, if possible. This helps us with the turnaround during busy season. Most guests don't mind and do one load of laundry the morning of departure.brbr-We don’t provide shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. There will be plenty dish/hand soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper available. brbr-We don’t provide seasonings, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, paper towels or zip lock bags.
