The Sea Vista complex offers two swimming pools and hot tubs, two tennis courts, secure, on-site parking and direct, private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our condo is located on the 4th floor, with inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet---beyond you there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea. The spacious living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as access to the main balcony. This is where you'll want to be, sipping your favorite beverage, enjoying the soft ocean breezes and watching the ships come and go or the occasional pod of bottle-nose dolphins play in the surf. The master en-suite with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows has a king size plush mattress, small sitting area, a flat screen TV and attached master bath. The master bath has a tiled walk-in shower with a 'rain' shower head and granite vanity top. A second mini-master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door out to a small balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and tennis court has a plush queen size mattress, small sitting area, flat screen TV and a Keurig coffee maker.
