Things to know:
Everyone must check in with the Sea Vista Management office upon arrival, including unit owners.
You must register all persons in your party and include the expected departure date.
You must register each vehicle and receive a Parking Permit for each. A permit must be displayed on each vehicle, any unidentified vehicle will be towed at your expense.
You are limited to 2 VEHICLES per condominium. A Golf Cart will be considered a vehicle and will need to be registered.
You are limited to 8 persons for a 3-bedroom unit.

Pool Hot tub, Grill & Tennis Court hours 10AM -10PM
No glass is allowed in any of these areas.
NO SMOKING IN THE POOL, HOT TUB, or TENNIS COURTS AREA
No unattended children under the age of 12 are allowed in the pool & hot tub area. Children in diapers must wear SWIMMERS and diaper covers in the pool area. YOU ARE SWIMMING AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Soft-soled shoes must be worn on the tennis courts.
Scooters, skateboards, bikes, roller skates, etc are not permitted in the pool, hot tub, or tennis court areas.
Only tennis can be played in tennis courts. Pickleball can be played in SVII only.
Sign in at the office to use the tennis court. Tennis may be available for use.
Community grill available for use in SVII in front of the tennis court. No reservation is needed.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us immediately so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The balcony was my favorite part. I loved being able to sit in bed while looking out the window. Loved being able to cook breakfast while the laundry is finishing up. The local restaurants were great and having a long drive to the main road made a perfect , safe road to walk off all that extra food.

    We actually never got to stay at the condo because we received a call ONE HOUR before check-in to let us know they were cancelling the reservation due to some maintenance the HOA was doing during our stay. This cancellation put our family in a bind. Vacasa refused to put us up for the night in a hotel or another condo until we figured out what we could do. I'm leaving a negative review and although we love the Sea Vista, we will never deal with Vacasa again.

    Let me first say this 3 bedroom 2 bath is a great condo with everything you need at your disposal. Great view from the balcony. I would stay againThings to improve or think about:The entrance lock is to difficult and needs to be simpler. The master room needs some kind of privacy/black out curtains. Light and noise through the entire room. Back door to balcony very difficult to open, got stuck/jammed several times and glass pane moved like was going to come out.

    Overall property was nice. A few drawbacks. Large problem with sugar ants, on counters and cabinets. Major problem with opening door (entry code). A new door lock definitely needed. Had to get assistance from property manager a couple of times. Another problem was king size mattress, very lumpy. Also would have preferred to have TV in living area.

    Have been staying at Sea Vista since 1991. Was the guest of a friend who owned a unit in the early years, but after he sold it, I tried other options, but they were no match to the security, convenience, and comfort I felt at Sea Vista, so that is my go to! I became well acquainted with Maria, the manager in the 90's, and she would be just as proud of the staff there today.

    I have been a patron of Sea Vista since 1991. Since my friend sold his unit there that I had access to, I tried other options, but none came close to offering the convenience, security, and comfort found here. The units I've stayed in have been upgraded with flooring, and appliances, and maintained individually as well as the entire facility. I've never been disappointed after 30+ years of visits.
