This townhome features excellent tankless water heating system for joyous hot showers in the two walk in shower bathrooms. We also have a full sized stackable washer & dryer upstairs in the hallway area. brbrThe pool area is fenced and private, and the pool is heated to 88* November 1 to April 1. brbrWe find the two levels offer legit privacy when you have multiple couples or family staying while anyone with a physical impairment can easily have the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor. The half bath off the living is perfect if a guest or two wants to use the provided airbed or couch for extra sleeping space. brWe do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well as Salt & Pepper - though not unlimited and not replenished.
