Featuring a gorgeous outdoor pool, a convenient gas grill nearby the pergola, and outdoor lighting, this family-friendly retreat boasts fun for all ages and withoutleaving the property. Step inside to three levels of amazing and sleek decor and state-of-the-art amenities throughout. On the first floor, you'll find one of the bedrooms along with a wet bar and direct access to the patio where the pergola, private gas grill, and pool. (Pool is NOT heated) Moving up to the second and main floor, you'll be welcomed by tile flooring throughout and a spacious living area with plenty of sitting room, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops, and a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. And last, but not least, you'll find the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the third floor.

In a great location close to Padre Blvd and within walking distance to everything South Padre Island has to offer, you won't find anything like Oleander Paradise - Unit A. When you are not relaxing in the fantastic pool, spend your days exploring the beach, rent a golf cart, take kiteboarding lessons, and discover all the local restaurants and souvenir shops. In the evening during the summer, admire the fireworks show that lights up the island sky! The famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark is three miles south for endless family-friendly entertainment.
