The pool is not heated, but is cleaned and available year round for anyone who wants to swim!brOther things to notebrThere are 2 parking spaces for the house, but plenty of street parking. Our neighbor does occasionally park in front of our house. No parties, and please be considerate of our neighbors and limit noise during the evening hours.
