I only ask that you take no more than you need while you're here. Travel sized toiletries, other necessities, snacks, drinks--non-alcoholic except for an occasional bottle of beer or wine left by a previous guest. I take pride in guests telling me that they never had to run out to the store for things they forgot to bring. There are two computers and a wireless printer available for guest use. You are welcome to use my guitars and electric piano, any of several stereos and entertainment systems. Bring your own video game systems, because I've made it easy for you to hook them up, in any of 3 different locations, to an amazing sound system and large screen TV's. brbrIn the past few months, I've invested a lot in the property to help ensure my guests don't encounter anything breaking down. I've replaced both of the Heating/AC units. I've replaced the hot water heater and water softener. I've completely redone the pool. It has a new surface. All of the pool equipment is new, now much easier for you to work the hot tub. And I can control most pool operations remotely, if you want me to. In cooler weather, I will ensure that the pool is at 85 degrees, at no additional charge, for stays of two nights or more. brbrOne more thing.
