All bedrooms on the upper level have Queen size beds and the lower level bedroom offers a full size bed and a fold down full size sleeper sofa. These accommodations can sleep 10 comfortably. The fenced rear yard overlooking the water is a great place for young children to play while under the supervision of adults.brbrOur home sits directly on Copano Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine to the chatter of the gulls, the silence of a calm bay or a cool breeze from the spacious covered decks or the sea wall. Walk out the door and boat, fish, swim, or kayak.
