Welcome to the Copano Bay Fin and Feather located in picturesque Copano Bay. Same incredible house with new owner. My home offers some of the best fishing and bird watching on the Texas Gulf Coast. Combine this with the awesome sunsets and smell of the fresh salt air and you will never want to leave. This spacious home has three living quarters. There is an upstairs (third floor) Captains Quarters with private En Suite including a Tub, Shower and extra-large closet with its own balcony overlooking the bay. The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with its own En Suite, a large fully furnished kitchen and dining area, a great room and a game room with pool table. The downstairs living area is newly remodeled and has two bedrooms one with a bunk bed full and twin (Matey's Room) and one with two queen sized beds (Mermaid Room). The downstairs bath has been remodeled and expanded to include an extra-large Rain Shower). There is also a Cabana Room which has a large screen TV and two bar tables and chairs along with a cabana bar and buffet. The remainder of the downstairs includes a washroom and 2 car garage and workshop with ample parking outside.brMy home has a new fishing pier and a separate boat dock (both equipped with green lights). Catching the Texas Grand Slam a Flounder, a Speckled Trout and a Red Fish from the 165-foot pier with T-Head is not uncommon. There are a couple of rod holders to fish the channel for Reds while you drink some Texas Tea while listening to your favorite beach tunes.brWe have also recently added a stainless steel offset smoker/grill so you can enjoy outdoor cooking while enjoying the view or fishing. brYes, my house has Direct TV and I also have Wi-Fi---- however I suggest turning off the TV and Computer. Put away those cell phones and learn to relax and listen to the sounds of nature with each sunrise and sunset.

Tortuga Sunrise has some of the most breathtaking moonrises as well, especially when they are full.brbrThis property is 10 minutes from the hub of downtown Rockport and its many special events, and 10 minutes from the Port A ferry, for playing on the beach.brbrFishing Location Information: When you leave the house and cross the Intracoastal canal in search of redfish and trout the first stop would be the oyster reefs and islands in Estes Flats or Yucca Cut through Traylor Island. It is just a short boat ride less than 10 minutes to California Hole and the Klondike islands. This is a great place to catch trout and redfish. A short run across the main body of Aransas Bay is Mud Island and St Joseph’s Island, where the island helps break the typical south east breezes. If heading to Redfish Bay is in the plan, Hog island is on the way and a must stop, but don’t forget to fish the cut through the old terminal. The reds sometimes hang in the cut, it’s not marked well so go slow so you don’t damage your prop.brbrIf the weather is right fishing the jetties at Port Aransas is a lot of fun. You don’t know what you’ll catch and it’s a short 20 minutes boat ride from the house.brbrIf you don’t have a boat, the islands in Estes Flats are easily accessible by kayak.
