The first thing you'll notice is the huge deck where you can relax and enjoy the tropical breezes. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and a large kitchen with stainless appliances to cook the catch of the day. Down the hallway, there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bath with a bathtub in the hallway. There is also a large master suite with a queen bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Off of the hall, there is laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer. br brOutside, you'll find a large balcony for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.brbrThis property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as aggressive breeds with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $75 pet fee per dog (covers the entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.brbrTwo reserved parking spaces for cars and trucks come with the condo. Sit at the bar for two or the dining table for four just off the kitchen. Just next to the dining table are the soft leather recliners and queen-sized sleeper sofa to sit back and enjoy the views or watch a movie together. Right next to the living room is the King master bedroom that you can leave open or closed off with an accordion door. The ensuite walk in bathroom has a walk-in closet and large walk-in shower.brbrThere is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading.
