Current pictures taken March 2024. brbr brbrBeautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath in a quiet residential home on Lake Dunlap (the dam broke in May 2019 so the lake is low but good news, the dam has been repaired and the lake is expected to fill up by Summer 2023, at which point the lake will be more conducive to swimming). Photos taken March of 2020 reflect the water level at that time. The dock is also a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. There is also a canoe for your enjoyment! This home is only 5 miles to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the Comal River! brbr brbrUnwind in the comfortable living room with Free WIFI and Roku TV (no cable). Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table with seating for 6. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. Half bathroom conveniently located off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, double bed and Roku TV and en suite bathroom with stand up shower. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms and a lovely coffee nook station with a Keurig so you do not have to down stairs for that first cup! There is a balcony upstairs to have a glass or wine or your morning coffee and breathe in the fresh air while enjoying the lake views. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle bed. Both bedrooms have a Roku TV. There is a guest bathroom with walk in shower conveniently located between the 2 guests bedrooms. This house sleeps 10 but you are welcome to bring an air mattress to accommodate 2 more guests. Never to exceed 12 guests total. This property has room for 3-4 vehicles. brbr brbrThe back deck is the place to be with seating and a charcoal grill. The back yard leads to the dock, the back yard has a fire pit (firewood not provided) and is a great place for star gazing. We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay! brbrThe cleaning fee covers the cost for cleaning to come in, and flip the unit for the next arrival, especially during the summer when we have a four-hour turnover time. While the cost may seem high to some, this includes the starter pack of supplies in the unit, washing all of the linens and towels, and completely cleaning and sanitizing the unit for the next guests arrival. This is why we kindly ask you to remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and just put the linens and towels in a pile. If these items are not completed, it then causes the cleaning crew to spend extra time doing these tasks, which we have to charge the guest for. By the guests completing these tasks, and not leaving the unit excessively dirty, we are able to get cleaning in and out during the four hour turnover, and this is also how we are able to accommodate early check-ins!
