Juniper Woods Farmhouse - Modern NB Hill Country Luxe + 4 Acres + Fire Pit + Minutes to the Fun!

Great place for the week! Comal river only 10-15 minutes to go float for the day! My family and I had a great time! Will be back next summer!

Spacious, private, tucked away hidden from the road, and close to town (Greene). Peaceful place.

Overall a good stay. We were there during the storm that affected so many unfortunate people but we were high and dry in this house. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The back patio was amazing and we were able to spend time outside during the storms. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful open space. Helpful and responsive hosts. Clean space, with plenty of room to congregate and also spread out. Nearly all the supplies you might need when home away from home. Great views from the top floor lookout.

This place was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at! The house was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. We made new memories and will never forget this house!

We had a great stay at Juniper Woods! Three families fit comfortably for a long weekend of floating the river. The house is beautiful and has all of the extras that you would need. We really appreciated the river towels and the extras in the kitchen. It was so fun for all of us to experience the beauty of the back porch and yard, including the walking sticks! The top loft was great for our teens to hang out, but be sure you can handle those stairs before you go up, as they are steep! Thank you for a great place to stay to celebrate our sons' high school graduation and helping to make it special!

My Groups agreed this location was such an exceptional experience for us that we’ve already planned for a return. Juniper Woods, Location, Scenic Viewpoints, Natural Lighting & Peace/Comfort. The Spiral Stairs that lead to the top room was a sell out for us, we found ourselves appreciating the full 180° view over the trees! Kitchen essentials, we’d have a full 1,000 word essay of listed products that come with the home; for future visitors, this home has just about everything! no joke. Gruene, We spent most of our outside time in Gruene, which happened to have been a huge convenience (As Listed). We’d recommend Gruene River Grill & Gristmill if you and your group are interested in dining out. Living Space, Very open and accommodating with a large comfortable couch, a large table, comfortable bedding, and a fire pit for s’mores! Overall this stay was a great experience, thank you and cheers, future visitors!

The home is clean, modern and completely stocked with almost everything you could need. It was exactly as pictured. The outside was an amazing opportunity to sit on the porch with a warm beverage or light a fire in the pit or fireplace. The huge windows and glass doors also give great views when you're inside. We loved our stay!

Overall a great location for the family to call home base for the wedding. The rooms were all nice and exactly how described. Wonderful sitting area and kitchen big enough for the whole crew to gather around. Thank you for making our crazy weekend a lot easier. The Newley weds

This is a really beautiful modern hill country home with the perfect layout in a really great location and close to many tourist attractions. The host exceeded expectations and were more than friendly and accommodating for the most part!!! We would definitely stay here here again if they will receive us.

My co-workers and I stayed for a weekend retreat and it was wonderful! When you first walk in, it has that wow factor with beautiful windows! The host has everything you could need — no detail is missed. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends!
