There is direct access to the river via a short pathway, with a beautiful beach area to play in if you don't want to tube the river. (Tubes are available for rent right next door and they will bring you back to the house when you're done!) You can also fish right from the property and we are in the prime fishing zone! The river is stocked annually so the fishing is always good. Also enjoy a fantastic cliff view from the very large front deck. The home is fully furnished with an open living/dining/kitchen area. There are beautiful walk in showers in each of the three bathrooms. There is WiFi, cable and a private BBQ grill.There is also a ping pong table room downstairs. The décor is rustic glam, with every room having a beautiful Texas limestone wall. Recent renovations include granite counter tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, ceramic tile in all showers, new washer/dryer and new decor throughout home. Ample parking on private grounds, surrounded by large beautiful oak trees. The entry doors lead into a large open family room and kitchen with large comfy furnishings, a shuffleboard table, lovely vaulted ceilings and a crystal chandelier. Indoor dining for 14 including a large table for the family to gather around and the serve through kitchen and bar. The house can sleep 14 comfortably with four bedrooms, one nook and a bonus room. The master has a king bed. The remaining three bedrooms have queen beds. The nook has a full size bed and the bonus room has a queen sleeper sofa, a full size futon. and a queen bed. There are four bathrooms. One large master bath, one bedroom has its own private bath and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom in between.
