This house sits on the property with The Chandelier of Gruene, a beautiful wedding & events venue. When the house is not being used for weddings and special events it's available for you you, your family and friends. A hidden jewel in the Texas Hill Country, only five minutes from historic Gruene and tubing on the Guadalupe & Comal rivers. The décor is rustic glam, with every room having a beautiful Texas limestone wall. Recent renovations include granite counter tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, ceramic tile in all showers, new washer/dryer and new decor throughout home. Ample parking on private grounds, surrounded by large beautiful oak trees. The entry doors lead into a large open family room and kitchen with large comfy furnishings, a shuffleboard table, lovely vaulted ceilings and a crystal chandelier. Indoor dining for 14 including a large table for the family to gather around and the serve through kitchen and bar. The house can sleep 14 comfortably with four bedrooms, one nook and a bonus room. The master has a king bed. The remaining three bedrooms have queen beds. The nook has a full size bed and the bonus room has a queen sleeper sofa, a full size futon. and a queen bed. There are four bathrooms. One large master bath, one bedroom has its own private bath and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom in between. There is a also a bathroom off the utility room between the kitchen and bonus room. The coolest part of all is the converted garage (bonus room) which opens up to the back patio and private pool and has a huge TV and a man cave look! Flat screen TVs, ROKU TV & internet.
