Our cleaners wipe down and sanitize all surfaces and stick to the highest Covid cleaning protocols. Short-term rental cleaners also do so much more than regular home cleaners. They take inventory of anything missing or broken and make sure everything in the home is running properly. Basically, so much goes unseen to keep your space immaculate and functioning optimally from one guest to the next. This is one area we will not budge on in terms of providing superior quality and service, so we chose the best cleaners in the area.brbrQ-I am staying there for longer than 3 days. It is a large 2 bedroom unit with 2 queen beds, with a flat screen tv in the large master bedroom. The full master bath has a bath tub/shower combination that one can soak away the day’s activities or take a quick shower for those on the go.brbr***NOTE*** All consumable products furnished are CLEAN. No parabens, No sulfites.brbrThe second bedroom has a single queen bed and flat screen tv mounted on the wall. The second bathroom is located immediately to the left of the second bedroom door and has a large shower.brbrThis unit also has a full service kitchen with just installed brand new appliances (GE stove, microwave and dishwasher) for your use. Kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare meals, and includes a toaster, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods available and a Hamilton Beach coffee maker if you want to make a pot for everyone. br brThe large living area has a couch, recliner and several chairs to use. There is also a 55” flat screen tv for your use. All tv’s use Spectrum streaming for your viewing pleasure. Wi-fi and internet available. Login/password is located in our welcome book and also on the cheat sheet located on the refrigerator. There is a queen size air mattress and pump located in the closet of the master bedroom for the kids. br brOnce settled in, our patio door opens to a private patio with table and chairs for you to enjoy. Open the patio gate and you are a mere 20 ft. from the upper pool and two hot tubs. BBQ grills and tables are available should you want to use them.brbrWe have a second pool located in the river bottom. Access to that area is controlled by a private access locked gate (you will receive the access code upon check in). Once in, it’s a nice stroll to our lower pool. This pool is GREAT for little people as it has a wade in area. There is also a large patio shade to get out of the sun if the need arises. There are also two hot tubs by this pool as well. BBQ grills and picnic tables await you to treat you family to a meal out in nature.brbrAbout 50 yds further down the hill is the fabled Guadalupe River. There is river access there for you to float around, kayak or just take a lawn chair and sit in the river and watch the world float by.brThere is a plethora of things to do in and around New Braunfels. Our welcome book has several options for eating, golf as well as other suggestions. As a point of interest, the world famous Schlitterbahn is located approximately 6 blocks away and is an easy walk from Waterwheel Resort Condos.brIf you are feeling a little more adventurous you can always venture out to Austin (state capitol, UT and the Highland lakes), San Marcos (San Marcos River and Texas State U), San Antonio (of course, the Alamo – the cradle of Texas history, Sea World, Fiesta Texas and points west. brAll in all, New Braunfels is a great place to spend your vacation time and Poolside Oasis is a great place to stay.br***NOTICE*** Large group availability. If you have a wedding, anniversary or any other large event scheduled in or around New Braunfels, this condo plus two others on the first floor with direct access to a pool and hot tubs are available to rent. The Gruene River Guest House is a great location to experience all that the New Braunfels & Gruene area have to offer. Situated on 5 beautiful acres of open green space with 300 feet of Guadalupe River frontage it is the perfect location for family reunions, corporate events, small intimate weddings or any group gathering of up to 20 people. The Gruene River Guest House features 4 separate guest suites with 5 bedrooms which sleep 20 in total each with their own private entrance, smart TV and individual AC/Heat. The outdoor Cantina consist of a large covered kitchen and dining area with a huge propane grill, stove burners, ice machine, refrigerator, refrigerated drawers, microwave and sink. It has a 70 large screen outdoor smart TV, bluetooth enabled sound bar, multiple hot weather fans, cold weather propane patio heater, propane fired fire table, a 10 foot long raw edge cedar plank bar and a wide array of lighting. A wood/charcoal smoker is also available. There is a large deck shaded with large old oak and pecan trees with a Saluspa Hot Tub available with a $20 preparation fee and last but not least a beautiful private swimming pool. Along the river front there are huge ancient cypress trees towering over a private river landing for toobing, kayaking, fishing, or just hanging out in the river. Toobs and kayaks are available for guest use. Also, there is a walkway down to a shaded shallow area just in front of rapids perfect for little ones or lawn chairs in the water. There is a beautiful Gazebo perfect for a romantic riverside wedding or picnic by the rapids. In the open 5 acres there is a volleyball net and a 5 hole disc golf course. Also, there is a volleyball net for the swimming pool and an outdoor ping pong table. A golf cart is available for rent for $50/day to tool around the property and allow easy access to the river. On summer weekends multiple Guest House water cannons shoot water into the air at the riverfront to cool passing by toobers. We supply enough bath towels for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and half the guest count for hand towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use at your convenience! We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay! brbrThe cleaning fee covers the cost for cleaning to come in, and flip the unit for the next arrival, especially during the summer when we have a four-hour turnover time. While the cost may seem high to some, this includes the starter pack of supplies in the unit, washing all of the linens and towels, and completely cleaning and sanitizing the unit for the next guests arrival. This is why we kindly ask you to remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and just put the linens and towels in a pile. If these items are not completed, it then causes the cleaning crew to spend extra time doing these tasks, which we have to charge the guest for. By the guests completing these tasks, and not leaving the unit excessively dirty, we are able to get cleaning in and out during the four hour turnover, and this is also how we are able to accommodate early check-ins! While this may not always be the case (sometimes we may have 20-40 turnovers in one day), we strive to accommodate guests and their schedules within reason, to allow you to have an enjoyable stay!brbrWith any excessively dirty unit (excessive pet hair, vomit, stained sheets, stained towels, confetti/glitter, etc), we will have to charge the guest the additional cleaning. This happens very rarely, we just ask you be respectful of the property, as if it were your own home :).brNo smokingbrDogs permitted with a $50 pet fee per pet, max 2 dogs.
