The views are breathtaking from most rooms in the house and the two person swing by the boathouse ensures water fun all year long. They lower the water level during Hurricane Season as a precaution. You can use the wooden staircase that leads into the water by the boat house and swim if you desire at your own risk and we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE swimmers to use certified flotation devices. brAt night, you can turn on the disco ball & twinkling lights at the boat house & enjoy dancing to the moonlight.brbrThe Master Bedroom is on the first level. It includes a King Size Tempurpedic mattress with luxury linens and anti-allergenic mattress covers and pillows. It includes his and hers walk-in closets and full bathroom with gorgeous new claw foot tub and step in shower with rain shower head--we provide thick bath towels and beach towels. A Smart TV is in the Master--NO CABLE, just streaming available. The room has a floor to ceiling wall of windows to enjoy the lake views as well as french doors that lead out to the balcony.
