Gorgeous Spacious Waterfront Townhome

Everything was perfect for our entire family! Plenty of room and it was down the road from shopping and close to the venue that we needed to be at.

Communicating with host was timely and courteous, very helpful. House was excellent, very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Lakeside view was beautiful. Instructions were easy and available. Thank you for a great location for our family Christmas trip. We had everything we needed.

Overall everything was good. The only issue we had was the outdoor grill was not working.

This home worked out great for our stay on the lake! We enjoyed being able to tie our boat up right in front of our unit. We loved having a nice grassy area around us for our dogs to enjoy. It's a lovely quiet place to enjoy water views and float or paddle board. We can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time at the lake and were very happy with the recommended boat rental vendor. The house was spacious and worked perfectly for both teens and adults, especially with our very different sleep schedules. We really appreciated the quiet, peaceful neighborhood and how conveniently located it was to all of our planned activities. We’d gladly stay here again!

The house needed some updating on the 2nd floor. No water pressure in kitchen or upstairs Did not care for all the toiletries that were left in both showers. Towels were very drab - they needed updating. The kitchen and view were great! The owners were very responsive when the deck needed to be cleaned off. 2nd story is not updated and didn’t reflect quality of main floor. Lots of cobwebs . Location was wonderful along with the AC

Had a great time relaxing with family

This was our 2nd time at this property, It was just as wonderful as the 1st. Perfect for the entire family (6 of us). I am sure there will be a 3rd time and many more.

This townhome in Walden on Lake Conroe was a perfect location for our family getaway. The townhouse is clean and very spacious for all family members. The upstairs bathrooms are a little dated but work fine for teens and kids. The townhouse is in a convenient location near the marina and yacht club. We look forward to future stays in this townhome!

First, we cannot speak highly enough of the hosts. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions leading up to booking and even after booking. When we had a death in the family and needed to make some changes to our original plans, they were beyond accommodating. Super easy to work with and just very kind! Neighborhood: friendly, quiet, very safe. Huge community pool with separate kids’ area/splash pad, cafe for ordering food and cocktails, and staff at pool/cafe were super friendly. Pickleball courts as well. Bring your own paddles/ball! Fantastic location, close to a Walmart and Kroger, as well as loads of restaurants and places to rent boats and other water activities. The property itself was just what we needed. We loved being able to bring our pups with us, but at the same time, the house smelled nice and clean, not at all like pets had ever been present in the home. We loved having a separate master downstairs and giving the kids the entire upstairs to the teens, plus their own bathrooms. Spacious patio area for grilling, and the lake is steps away, very calm, perfect for floating. Hosts had it all covered, floats, board games and cards, and even basic spices, coffee filters, etc. I would recommend packing beach towels because towels provided are minimal and were exactly what we needed daily for showering, so we struggled for pool/lake towels. Thankfully with the washer/dryer available we washed towels daily. Don’t hesitate to choose this spot!
