One of four condos in the building. Located on the left hand side on the ground floor. This unit is in a quick and easy walking distant (couple of hundred yard) from the front door to the club pool , the club, golf center and lake. The unit has open living area which include kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living room. There are two (2) bedrooms ( 1 king size , 1 Queen, and 1 full size beds) and two (2) full bathrooms. This unit can sleep up to 6.

Stayed Dec 1, 2024Charles was an excellent host who addressed any issues we had immediately. The location was not right on the lake but was just a short walking distance. April Sound has many amenities including large pools, hot tub, golf and tennis courts.The condo was clean and comfortable but could use some updates but overall was functional and met our needs. Thanks Charles!

Stayed Oct 23, 2024We stayed for a month while waiting to finalize the purchase of our new home. We are new to the area, and the condo in April Sound was the perfect location for us to get to know the area, and be close to the restaurants and shops. The condo was as advertised with a large open plan with a nice big kitchen, with full size laundry equipment. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large.
