There are no neighbors on both sides of this home. We do ask that when on the back side of the property you respect quiet hours after 11 pm. We do have echoing through the canyons. brbrThe back of this house show cases two decks over looking the pool/spa and canyon. A huge built in bbq area with grill, dishwasher, sink, & refrigerator on lower level next to pool area! The most amazing fire pit that will seat up to 40 people sits to the right of the pool.brbrThe home is beautifully furnished and has enough space for large gatherings to never feel crowded. A custom 12 foot table will seat up to 18 for large sit down dinners. The lower level entertainment room has a poker table, foosball table, shuffle board table, 70 inch T.V. and a full secondary kitchen with a built in ice maker, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. brbrTwo secondary baths were gutted and remodeled in January of 2021. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed while the open living/kitchen area features a futon that can fold down into a double bed for additional sleeping. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and galvanized metal shower.brThe accommodation has a vintage kitchenette with a three-burner stove top, small oven, storage and a sink.
