The upstairs loft bedroom comes with a queen bed and a comfy twin roll-away. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed while the open living/kitchen area features a futon that can fold down into a double bed for additional sleeping. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and galvanized metal shower. brbr brbrThe accommodation has a vintage kitchenette with a three-burner stove top, small oven, storage and a sink. There is also a microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. This rental has rustic features but is very comfortable and has central heating and air conditioning. Guests will also find games, books and a small TV with local channels. brbr brbrThis two story cabin is surrounded by trees up on a hill and the living room features large upper windows that make guests feel as if they are in their own tree house! Outside there is a nice front porch with a swing to watch the wildlife and it is just a short walk down the trail to the beautiful spring fed creek. brbr brbrAll rentals are equipped with outdoor seating, a table, fire pit and charcoal grill. Guests will also be provided with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, all linens, hand soap, dish soap and toilet paper. There is a tree house on property with a smaller rock climbing wall and play area for the kids. Guests are free to use the provided canoes, explore the 6 acre property and swim and fish in the creek. Locally there are many lakes, state parks, wineries, eateries, shops and more to explore. brbr brbrPets are welcome, but the pet fee must be paid. We do ask that pets be kenneled while indoors to ensure they aren’t on the furniture. They are free anywhere outside on a leash. If pets are not kenneled and have been on furniture, a $100 cleaning fee can be assessed.

The property is a 35' RV with 2 slide outs. This unit is very roomy and will easily sleep 6. The front is a private queen bedroom and the back has a 3 bed bunk one is also a sofa. Recommendations are 3 adults and 3-4 kids. This unit is and entertainment dream with 3 TV's inside and a large TV on the outside kitchen area. So bring your games and the whole family can play! A DVD player and an assortment of DVD's are also provided. brbr brbrKitchen is fully stocked, nice sized fridge and freezer along with 3 burner stove and oven. A large u shaped dining table and sofa in the living space. This RV is very comfy and includes board games and books. brbr brbrOutside is a covered area with patio furnishings and table. Also there is a BBQ grill, firepit and seating at the firepit area. This is a secluded spot with a nice trail down to the creek. brbr brbrSituated on our 6 acre property, the RV comes with its own bbq grill and firepit. Guests have access to the creek where you can fish and swim. We provide canoes on a first come, first serve basis and there is a treehouse for the kids! brbr brbrOur property manager, lives onsite and is available to answer any questions and handle any issues during your stay. brbr brbrWe live in a rural area, and we are located off a county road. Our property is gated, and we will send you the code in the welcome message. brbr brbrSince we live in a rural community, there isn't public transit. There is a Lyft/Uber driver available from time to time. brbr brbrWe are located about 7 miles outside Marble Falls. There is an HEB, Walmart and movie theatre, as well as several restaurants, wineries and breweries. We will provide you with a magazine detailing local attractions and we're also available to make recommendations!
