This is a wonderful property that is very well-hosted, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful while still convenient to town. We will definitely be coming back to this property!

While the weather did not cooperate for our stay away, the owner was incredibly responsive during our stay. The times I reached out, he got back to me within minutes. House was stocked well with basic supplies and little touches like extra firewood for the fire pit were wonderful! We hope to be return guests next year!

This is our second time renting this property and we can’t wait for our next visit back. The owners are absolutely wonderful and are great with communication. The house is lovely, so clean and has everything you need. There is plenty of parking and even room for a boat trailer to park which is rare in the neighborhood areas.The backyard is lovely and offers beautiful views of the lake.Thank you for sharing you home with us again.

Beautiful home on the lake! Everything was clean and well put together, and we loved the location. We fished off the dock and enjoyed watching the sunrise. And it was so close to the downtown area. Cynthia was very friendly and responsive when we had concerns or questions!

My family of 4 just returned from a week's stay at this home and would absolutely return again! From check-in to accuracy of the listing to communication with the owners, everything was perfect. Highlights from our trip: - perfect location on the water, 2 minutes from downtown for restaurants and shops, and a perfect home base for everything from Longhorn Caverns State Park to Johnson City to the Sauer Beckman Historical Farms.- The house was immaculate upon arrival, great living spaces and bedrooms. The backyard has a large patio, gas grill in great condition, a lovely firepit area with chairs, and a lawn sloping down directly to the river. Our kids loved running and playing in the yard. - The kitchen was probably the most-well stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in, with not only good kitchen equipment but ziplock bags, non-stick spray, smores sticks, etc. - Great safe neighborhood, other families all around, and a 2-minute drive from the neighborhood riverside park which has great playgrounds, climbing trees, and walking trails. - the owners were great with communication. Our family had such a wonderful stay at this property. From before we even arrived the owners were warm, friendly, and communicative. The pictures do not do this property justice. It is absolutely gorgeous, and immaculately clean! We also couldn’t believe how well stocked the house was. It was one of the top two rental houses I have ever stayed in! The location is perfect right near the park. You have everything you need here. We will definitely be back to enjoy another relaxing lake vacation again.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this home and the owners. My husband, parents and I stayed here while volunteering for an annual boat ministry we do on Lake Marble Falls, Skiin with the Galilean. The communication with the owners was impeccable. The home had plenty of parking on each side and back yard of the home for two boat trailers and 3 trucks without having to park on the street. It’s nestled in this cute lakeside neighborhood with beautiful trees and neighborhood homes. The home itself is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities and amazing appliances. We also loved the large tv in the living room and bedrooms. The backyard is not to be missed. Gorgeous lake views, outdoor fire pit and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the waterfront. We look forward to our next stay here! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
