La Vida Lago- Waterfront home|Water Toys

Great little home on the channel. We were a family of 5, but it could easily host two families of 5. Yard is spacious with a soccer net, mini kids play area, kayaks, SUP, etc.

The house in general was great. Plenty of room for 6 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and used the outside living area a lot. Would stay here again, however things that need to be updated are: no hair dryers in any of the bathrooms although listed as being included; the kayaks need to be kept in better condition (i.e., the seats are rotted or none available); the paddle boards are inflatable and not really usable for older people; the paddle boat does not work at all; and the grill has to be lit by using a lighter. The kitchen smoke detector was going off on our last day because it needs a new battery. I know these may be little things, but the water toys were the main reason we stayed at this house. Hopefully they will be updated for the next visitors. Thank you.

Highly recommended this property! It was equipped with everything and very clean. My family enjoyed every second we were there! We learned we love paddle boarding! Not only was I impressed with the property, I was also impressed with the property management! Great communication since the day I booked the rental! 10 STARS

We had a great long weekend staying at this property. It was clean, well stocked with supplies and had a great outdoor space. We would definitely book here again in the future!

The property is on a canal. Very mossy this time of year, but great access to main part of lake. We enjoyed water toys, kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boat. Nice boat slip with lift. Spacious clean home with a well stocked kitchen.We enjoyed our stay !

The location is good lots of space outside to hang out. The inside tile floors were dirty. The boat slip was not useable to even park our boat under. The grass was not mowed. To pay that much I would think those things should be done. The dining room table chairs are old and not very stable, one even broke and fell apart when my wife was sitting at the table. Overall it is an okay place to stay and we had a great time.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. We had the best time and all 11 of us had plenty of room. The boat lift was an added bonus for our boat. Beautiful yard, our 3 year old in the group loved it. Will absolutely stay again!

This was our first time to Lake LBJ and we couldn't have picked a better place! The rooms were exactly as pictured, a well stocked kitchen with utensils and dishes, pots and pans. The outdoor space was amazing and kayaks were the most fun for the boys! Overall a great place and we will be back!

I loved the place! We loved the big backyard for the little one to run around. Fun water activities too.

It was the easiest accommodation we have ever had. We have done this every Christmas for many years. We decide where to go, get rooms for every family dynamic, which seems to change a little every year with age, growth, along with additions and subtractions. Everyone said this is the best one yet. Clean. nice. well maintained. everything worked. lots of dishes and silverware, beautiful decks, nice furniture, great beds, did we mention clean? so very clean. plenty of towels, big refrigerator, big play area for kids, kayaks, no complaints. not a single complaint from anyone, for the first time ever we discussed coming back to this place again next year.

Loved it! Everything you could need in the kitchen was available! Definitely worth it!

We had a great experience here, time flew so fast, but great memories to treasure a lifetime!

So we booked a birthday away weekend for our 15 year old twins. The house is clean and in a great spot. We wish the water off the dock had been clearer but with so many kayaks, paddle boat and paddle boards the girls had an absolute blast! We loved being able to play pool and ping pong. The deck was so nice. We hope to comeback.

Our family came together with friends to enjoy a long weekend at LBJ since most lakes are low currently. We made the decision to not stay directly on the main lake due the the wake impact. We are happy we did. The house is perfect. Great yard, patios, jet ski lift for one, kayaks, paddle boards, plenty to do all day! The kitchen was well stocked as was the entire house. Neighbors are friendly and there are boat ramps everywhere! Overall a great stay!

Our stay at La Vida Lago was great! Communication and ease of booking was excellent. The canal access made it easy with our boat. The outdoor backyard was great, it sits on a nice wide lot that gives plenty of room to enjoy. Lots of room inside and a great working A/C. Clean interior with all of the necessities. The home is older although not updated, well maintained. Lots of wildlife to enjoy in this older lakeside neighborhood. We came for the lake and it provided everything we needed!

Place had everything. Daughter got to fish and actually catch fishes. Very relaxing home.
