Stayed Apr 4, 2025Neat place with an antique feel. Good location near old downtown with nearby stores and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Walls and ceiling a bit thin as could hear people above and next door. Saturday night bar across street had a very loud band. Mini split A/C in bedroom would not work right despite having someone look at it. Overall decent but not likely to stay there again.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024When we arrived the unit we were supposed to stay in seemed like it wasn't quite cleaned thoroughly or just needed a new set of sheets at least. I messaged the property manager and they got back to us immediately and offered to come clean right away or move us to a different suite in the same house. We ended up moving to a different suite which was very clean and worked perfect for our stay. We so appreciated the quick reply and willingness to make the cleaning mishap right! We're all human and mistakes happen so no hard feelings from us! Check in and out was easy and we had everything we needed for our stay in Marble Falls! It's a cute property walking distance to downtown where there are many cute boutiques and restaurants!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Overall it was a good experience. 1) The front door needs adjusting, very difficult to lock. 2) Friday night the bar across the street was very loud up int the very late hours, also it sounded like they were drag racing.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024All was good except the internet. Couldn't stream Netflix more than a few minutes without it buffering, then stopping. Happened 5 times in less than an hour of trying to watch a movie at night. I gave up and went to bed.
