NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guests must acknowledge that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. This includes inside the rental, outside on any covered porch or patio and 60` from the home. There are multiple propane tanks around the home. brbr8. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or in the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund brbr9. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them. brbr10. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out. brbr11. Canoe, Paddle Board, kayak & life vests available to use. Downstairs is the best open entertaining area on the lake with 3 large garage doors that open up to the water. Built in Bar, NEW BBQ ,dart board, large flatscreenTV.downstairs, ping pong table, fooseball, NEW pool table, & outdoor fire pit (perfect for s’mores in Fall/winter)...all within a few steps to the lake. Eat dinner while watching your kids do canon balls in the lake. Rent or bring your own boat and jet skis. Private BOAT RAMP in the neighborhood. You can bring your ski boat, we have a hydraulic lift for a ski boat or tie up your pontoon boat next to our dock with 4 stainless steel cleats and 2 “Mooring whips”. 2 Jet ski spots are open on our dock if you need them.
