The master bedroom has a king size bed and futon that can be made into a bed along with a large bathroom with 2 sinks. The second and third bedrooms each have a king size bed and a single bed. There is another bunk room that is perfect for kids with 2 bunk beds in it. And finally, there is a loft that has a king size bed and futon, it overlooks the vast living room / dining room area. In the large, open living / dining room, there is comfortable seating for large groups to gather, a fireplace, and a large dining room table. The room is lined with windows looking out at the most beautiful part of Lake LBJ.
