There is a storage area beneath the house with a gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower and bathroom. Next door is our neighbors orchard and empty lots on the other side.brThis cozy bungalow has a lot of privacy and outdoor space. The hot tub is the best part!! You are minutes from the beach and the bay. Great location close to town. We do collect a pet fee if you are planning on bringing your pet let me know. I will leave a roll of paper towels, toilet paper and a trash bag to get you started. Bring more of those things if you think you'll need more.
