We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

    We truly enjoyed our stay at the No Worries property on Indian Beach. We could tell the property was in the process of some much-needed upgrades from the normal wear and tear of the coastal winds. The outdoor furniture was worn, and we had one issue with the master bedroom which was taken care of immediately. There wasn't a Keurig coffee maker as advertised so we had to purchase some coffee grounds. Other than that, the location was perfect, and the property was amazing.

    Beautifully decorated, modern, and spacious home with impressive views of the shoreline from all the windows and patios facing the beach made our stay, bright, tranquil and enjoyable. It was just a short walk to the public beach access point, but feels very private to the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were very modern & nice. Fresh linens, bath towels, and starter toiletries were provided. The kitchen was also stocked with ample cookware and dishes. The basics are provided, but you will need to bring your own hand soap, beach towels, beach toys/equipment, spices and charcoal grill supplies (outside of utensils) if you plan to prepare food or grill. Management company was responsive & pleasant when a few items (shutters, grill, door) needed attention. There are a few areas in the home that could use some care/attention (patio furniture worn, unfinished door frames & window sills, non-functioning outdoor shower, no light fixture in master closet, etc), but it did not take too much away from our overall experience. We had a wonderful time and wish it could have been longer!

    House was comfortable and a great floor plan for two families as the layout offers privacy from bedrooms. Comfortable furniture and renovated kitchen - would definitely stay again. Most impressive is the view. Despite being second row there are multiple windows and patios with unobstructed ocean views. Quick walk to quiet section of the beach. Very peaceful!

    The house was perfect for our family and friends. Easy beach access, house was updated and beautiful. Lots of extra bedding, clean towels and toiletries. Games too! Would definitely recommend! Not a reflection on the house at all, but Sand and Sea management office was unresponsive.
