Use stairs to access the second floor condo.brbrAmazing 2 story condo with full kitchen, suite of full-sized appliances, everything you need in a kitchen plus living and dining spaces on first floor and bedroom, bath, walk-in closet, washer & dryer on 2nd floor, up just a few steps. There is not a privacy door for the bedroom. Sleeper sofa (full-sized sleeper sofa in living room for extra sleeping space, too! The complex allows only one vehicle per condo. You do not need to register at the front office - however - as the professional management company we are required to obtain a copy of the driver's license of each person 18 or older who will occupy the unit, as well as the year, make, model, color and license plate of the ONE vehicle that will be parked on the property. After your reservation is confirmed we will ask you for this information to be sent to us via email.brbrAfter making your reservation you will receive a link to complete our renters agreement. The only information we request differently than the booking platforms (VRBO/AirBnB) is your personal email address, the names and ages of each person who will be in the property during your stay, and your driver’s license information as well as an emergency contact should we need to reach someone on your behalf. My Galveston Getaway issues refunds if a governmental official issues a mandatory evacuation of the island. Unfortunately we are unable to control sunshine, temperatures and mosquitos and do not refund other than pursuant to our policy based on evacuation orders.
