Three bedrooms w/ sleeping loft and three full bathrooms and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.brbrWe have decided to price the house based on 4 guests (even though it can comfortably accommodate 10 guests) We are doing this so that it is less expensive for smaller groups to stay at the house. However, to price it this way, we need to charge for additional guests over 4 ($20 per person per night over 4) Otherwise we have to charge based on the maximum number of guests which didn't seem fair to us for smaller groups.
