The owners are experienced HomeAway/VRBO hosts with several popular rentals. They know how to do it right! The home was completely gutted and rebuilt in early 2018. It has high end appliances, electronics and is fully stocked with anything you could need for your stay. We just underwent a massive landscaping project and now have a Grill/Fire pit, covered trellis outdoor dining area, a regulation Boccie Ball Court and horseshoes in an expansive half acre back yard backing up to a creek. The enormous yard is fully fenced in if you earn your pets to be part of the fun too. You cannot go wrong with this rental! Both bedrooms are well appointed with queen beds. The home has cable, Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs in each room. The bathroom has an antique vanity and beautiful new shower. It is walking distance to one of the town's best restaurants, Fredericksburg Herb Farm (.3 miles) and is only 5 blocks from Main Street in close proximity to Hondo's and Crossroads.
